【Important Notice】For bookings made between February 10th and March 3rd, 2026 (including existing and new bookings), the cancellation policy is as follows:
1. All bookings (including the number of people) are considered final 21 days prior to the travel date.
2. Cancellations or changes to the number of people after this deadline will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
3. New bookings are welcome within 21 days, subject to availability, and will be considered final at the time of booking.
4. Additional people can be added upon request, subject to availability.
5. The final number of people must be confirmed and notified at least 21 days in advance.
For bookings on other dates, the cancellation policy remains unchanged: 1. Cancellations made 0-3 days before travel will incur a 100.00% cancellation fee. 2. Full refund for cancellations 4 days or more in advance (0.00% loss of order amount).

Meeting Point: Please register at the Visitor Centre in the lower lobby of the Sydney Opera House, then take the escalator to the departure point on the lobby level (please refer to your confirmation slip for the map). 30-minute Chinese-language tour: Departure Point 8; 1-hour Chinese-language tour: Departure Point 9.

A 30-minute guided tour explores the inside stories and secrets of the Sydney Opera House's artists and performances, taking you inside the iconic theatre and foyer that hosts over 1800 performances annually. Explore the building with our knowledgeable Mandarin-speaking guide, learn how Jørn Utzon's vision was realized under seemingly impossible circumstances, and take photos in locations not open to the public.
Important Notes: Included: 30-minute interior tour of the Sydney Opera House.
Not Included: All personal expenses and any costs not mentioned in the inclusions.
Audience Information: Children aged 5-15 (inclusive) pay child price; children aged 16 and above pay adult price.
Each paying adult can bring one infant aged 0-4 years old to the activity free of charge. Please bring the infant's age certificate, take a photo for record-keeping, and show it at the entrance for verification.
How to Use: After successful booking, we will send an electronic confirmation to your email address. Please verify the information. On the day of the activity, please arrive at the Welcome Center in the lower lobby 15 minutes before the time specified on your confirmation to exchange for your ticket.
Please check in at the Trade Desk next to the Welcome Centre. Exchange your ticket at the counter first, and then wait for your guide.
Visitors who need to store their luggage or bags should store them at the baggage storage area in the Box Office. Please keep valuables with you.

Important Notes:
Seats are limited on some dates. Tours will be arranged according to the nearest available time slot in your booked session. We will contact you first to discuss this.
Please select your tour time slot when placing your order. Due to unpredictable performances at the Sydney Opera House, afternoon tours may not include access to the auditorium. The itinerary is subject to confirmation from the supplier.
Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes in advance. If you are late and unable to join the tour, you will be responsible for any resulting consequences.
Please wear comfortable shoes, as the tour involves climbing over 200 steps. If you have mobility issues or use a wheelchair, you can choose to participate in an accessible guided tour (please consult customer service).
Because the Opera House hosts numerous live performances, if there is a performance in one of the concert halls, it may affect your visit to that hall.
Video photography is not allowed in any area.
Photography is permitted—the guide will specifically inform you of areas where photography is prohibited.
Handbags and large bags cannot be stored here, but you can contact the nearest storage facility by emailing circularquay@baggagestorage.com.au.

We recommend that tourists purchase travel insurance. Tourist attractions, hotels, and transportation companies are directly responsible for the quality, service, and safety of the travel products. We are not responsible for any safety issues related to the booked products.
In case of unforeseen circumstances without insurance, we will only assist in handling the situation.
If the booking is cancelled due to reasons attributable to the travel product supplier, we will refund the full amount of the booking but will not provide additional compensation.
